James Hindle: Mindfulness in a Minute

This session will provide a sample of various simple activities which can be used before a test to settle the nerves, at the start a lesson to refocus students or at any point in the school day when you are feeling stressed or distracted. Many of these are built around simple breathing techniques. Others make use of short video clips. No experience or training is necessary! Come along and see what works for you and what might work in your class.
